DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. —Daytona Beach police have arrested a man in a fatal hit-and-run crash investigation from Sunday.
Police said a Toyota Corolla being driven by Sykes was stopped when a Mercedes-Benz hit the rear of his car. Sykes was pronounced dead.
